A 80-word short story
The Map

Mary sat at the kitchen table, flipping through a magazine and drinking tea. She massaged her bad knee with one hand. There was a knock at the door. An unexpected parcel! She opened it to reveal a treasure map and a postcard withinstructions. With a shrug, she tore them up and threw them in the bin. Just then her mobile rang. It was her favourite nephew, calling from Egypt.
"What! The map's not a hoax? You sent the parcel?"
