Offering false promises to victims, old and young.

Lying, cheating psychopaths who prey upon the weak.

Inflicting danger recklessly on those who freedom seek.

Taking kids and elderly, across the storm-tossed sea,

In tiny crafts, just rubber rafts, bound for eternity.

Callous politicians pandering to the xenophobe

Abstract these desperate refugees half-way round the globe.

Let’s shout it out, come Polling time, our Message loud and clear; they, too, belong in God’s 

sweet love, the Good Lord holds them dear.
