Circles

Circle here, circle there, everywhere.
The sun a hot circle bubbles above
The drop of water or tossed stone. 
Endless ripples that circle
Like the echo of hello
The pain of goodbye
 
We circle each other
The space sometimes grows
Yet is better when it tightens
 
Circle me, circle you, everyone.
The cycle of life
We come from dust
We return to dust
 
But our memory circle the hearts,
Of those who love us
Of those who care.
