Does Rebuttal Mean Weight Loss?

Just this morning, I asked, “Pi r square?” Then, I remembered, ”No, Pi r round. Cornbread r square.” Along the bayous of my mind, I strive to keep these truths sorted…

When we fish, we anticipate a rebait. Experience and the wisdom of our predecessors tells us that fish will steal first bait, then swim away with baited breath.  Rebaiting is normal. Yet, who is to define what is normal and what is not? Not the most educated among us! I have long held that the title “PhD” stands for “Perhaps he’s Delirious” so trying to reconcile philosophical pontifications is a fool’s errand…

Let’s mush on.  Speaking of women, no man can ponder great thoughts with a woman in the room. No, I’m not talking about attraction distraction, my position is based upon research. How can a man explain great thoughts, answer questions of the ages, open locked doors to truth when the woman adjacent defines each of a man’s espousals as “wrong”?  Borrowed from the ageless “tree falling in the forest” question, “if a man says something and there is no woman there to hear him, is he still wrong.” There is no question…

(pause for reflection/reconciliation)

Therefore, to sum up, to make a great gumbo, you must begin with great roux, then blend with seasonings appropriate. Herein lies my rebuttal: absolutes are boring, but variations are the spice of life.

Epilogue:  I haven't pondered such deep subjects since college in my first quarter-century of life; I was a master of truth. Now in my fourth quarter, I can't find my phone...

Writing Prompt
First, read my thoughts in The Final Frontier, then, your mission should you choose to accept, state why or not it makes any sense. Have fun. May the IMF be with you.
