Me taking my first solo bath ...
Flub-a-Dub-in-a-Tub
by Tom Horonzy
Mother, after retrieving me from a mud puddle, asked if I was old enough to bathe myself.
Being but five, to her surprise, I replied, "why sure I can," before vanishing up the stairs tossing my shirt, trousers and tidy-whites haphazardly. The last thing mom saw was my snow-white buns.
Moments later, she came a-knocking asking "may I come in?" What's a boy to say?
To her dismay, I replied, "no," afraid she'd fall from the pee on the floor.

Challenging to settle for less than more. I remember there was more but only had eighty words.
