Missionary puts himself in grave danger

As drumbeats from the jungle grew louder, men drew straws to see who would be left behind. Danny interrupted, "I'm a missionary. I vowed to risk my life for the gospel."
The gold miners wasted no time getting inside the plane. As it lifted and circled, they could see the natives surrounding Danny who was on his knees praying.
As the natives saw the strange loud bird in the sky, they too fell to their knees, begging for mercy.
