Yesterday I was in a minor prang involving three cars: I was the front one, rear-ended. Despite the hefty blow, the car was not damaged beyond a few scratches, which amazed me; I was not hurt, neither was my granddaughter, and nor was my dog, although we were all a bit shaky afterwards. But it reminded me of our vulnerability, and to remember to be thankful for each and every day, whatever unfolds. Sometimes we take God's protection, and His goodness and love, for granted.
