I love to laugh at myself

A chapter in the book Children young and old

My Happy Dance

Happy Poems Contest Winner

My kids no longer worry

'Cause I'm happy most the time

The only time I scurry

Looking for the perfect rhyme

The only thing that bothers me

When friends or family hurt

And you don't even want to see

Me give a Bear Alert

The truth is I'm so happy

That I feel like I could pop

Sometimes I get so sappy

That my kids say, "Mom, Please Stop!"

I'm happy you gave me a chance

'Cause laughter is to share

I'd rather show my Happy Dance

And not my Mama Bear
