Please dont let her walk alone

God hear my prayer

by Joanne Gill-Maddick

Dear God:

I have experienced a lot of loss in the past two years.  So much that sometimes I don’t know if I will ever get past it.  Just when I turned a corner and felt a bit better.  I get more devastating news.  One of my best friends was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and I am heartbroken.

God please help me put my feelings aside and think about what she’s going through she’s the one that’s sick.  Help me dear God to be there for her no matter how difficult life may get.  She needs all the support and help she can get dear God.  I hope there is something that can be done to help her live life a bit longer.

Dear God help her family at this trying time. Give them strength to get through the days ahead to do what needs to be done.  I ask you dear God to hold my friend in your healing arms and help her cope with the unexpected hand she has been dealt.

She is a beautiful person Dear God.  I don’t understand why this would happen to such a good person.  Please God do all you can to help her cope and keep her in your prayers daily.   I pray dear God you will be her light in the dark.  Don’t let her walk alone.  Keep her in steadfast faith and nurture her spirit as she fights this battle. Amen
