Fantasy Flash Fiction
Write a Flash Fiction fantasy story that somehow incorporates the artwork to the left. The story does not have to be specifically about the image. But contest voters will be asked to consider the image when making a choice for a winner.
The challenge of Flash Fiction is to write an entertaining story within a set number or range of words. Every word used must be essential to the setting, conflict, and resolution of the story. The over-riding principle for Flash Fiction is: minimum words, maximum effect.
Minimum length 500 words. Maximum Length 700 words. Recommended length 500 - 700 words.
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool of 48.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 5 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
