I see Wally is at it again. I understand the joy he received from his paintings. Until recently when some health issues have rained down on me, writing poetry was the one thing that created my happy times. So I can feel Wally's joy in painting houses of every color.

Hello damommy,

This is cute. For a moment there I thought Wally was painting the houses themselves, and that would have been funny, but it would have taken a lot of paint, too. To get that much paint he'd have to rob a bank, and it would have been difficult to work that in. ;)

This is so cute! "Wally loves his painting" I see that! Look at that square thing there! You are too funny! This is very clever and fun and it is a great teaching
tool for young ones. Gee, he even cleans up his brush and stuff.

That's a lot of words there that you were able to keep at a good smooth pace
with nice rhymes and good energy. Very colorful and creative...Now it looks like he needs a bath.

My favorite stanza:

"There was paint on canvas, paint on Wally, most was on the ground,
and still he painted on until no bare spot could be found.
Looking o'er his shoulder, there was such a bright array
of colors never seen before, not even to this day."

I wish I could have seen that never before seen color!

It was something! A mixture of all his paints run together. He may have invented a new color. LOL
