Thanks for the review John, yes it is the perfect job for me. I go to the outdoor masai curio market and pick up what I think people would like, take a photo and list it in the virtual shop.I just opened last week and would love to know what people think of it.I appreciate your comments, cheers j

Haha! Brilliant! Blatant advertising... i love it... and since you included THIS:
I would string together beads and pretty little shells as I thought up menus at night. I make them long so they wrap around the ankle three times, creating a bohemian, hippie look.
I'm in! Two words: bohemian and hippie... i'm there!
You can bet I'll be checking it out!
and when I do... i'll be letting you know how much I love it! (I better love it!) ;)

Thanks for the encouraging review Cat. I hope that people will like these fun anklets. I just went to the Christmas fair here in Tanzania and bought a bunch of Ghanian smoked glass beads and delicate little brass balls, that I think will give the pieces an exotic feel. I like the idea that one can add on to make it truly personal and one of a kind. I formed a small co op with my masaai women friends and they will supply the funky beaded belts and leather bracelets. Please let me know what you think when it opens, cheers judester

Somehow I feel like I've read an advertisement, but one which was also a story about a unique product. Clearly you weren't writing an ad, but your passion for the creativity of what you've discovered is evident throughout. I am often fascinated by the way people come into the fields they choose to work in. Yours is a direct by-product of an adventurous spirit and a love of creative art, I suspect. As an old guy, you might suspect I would never wear one as it would show up my varicose veins, but I can imagine young people finding these great. Being unique products made from unique materials, they would sell very well in the west. I enjoyed your entry very much. Well written and entertaining.

I saw the opportunity for blatant advertising in this prompt. No disqualification, ha ha I am sure they would frown upon self serving poetry for some reason. Actually last year I wrote a poem about my anklets and a fanstorian went online and bought one. I probably would not have written and posted this otherwise. Thank you for your insightful review, cheers .
