I'm truly taken in by the way you did this. You presented a situation, we should all be aware of. Then you offered the typical responses, which most of us subscribe to. Finally, you presented a legitimate alternative response, albeit nothing we have the courage to agree with.
I LOVED this. To see it condensed into an impossible space, wow...is magic. GOOD luck!

I'm not sure if I "get" your short piece. I do see there are some strong emotions in it, but getting the concept of first to last line is murky for me.
