two amazing phrases but uncertain if it is a poem.I'll give you free verse. The tag line is clever, the idea as a "ad" bit is filled with potential. I struggled since if it's a poem it needs more internal structure to help me engage. Right now it read a really clever advertisement for a "clothed in righteousness" campaign.
As always your topic is marvelous.

I find I often label these things incorrectly...just need to pay more attention to it as some put more importance on it than I do.
Thanks for reading and commenting. very appreciated. Dennis

I like the satiric humor in calling Adam and Eve's decision to cover themselves up their "fall line."
That imagery fits in well with God as Master Designer.
good consonance in fall/features/perfection/fire proof/ forever
good use of satire to make a serious point Brooke

Wow... A nice piece of spiritual writing showing God as the creator. An interesting method used as "master designer" then placing his son on earth to save everyone from further sin.
Short, concise and an interesting take. John

These two lines get right to the point. I like the way it is presented like an ad for a new line of clothing. I love the foreshadowing in the Old testament. Thank God for the new covering He has provided.

Amen! Yes, I believe God Himself was the first Gospel preacher as He promised that "the seed of the woman would come and crush the head of Satan while bruising His heel." Good news than and good news today...eternal consolation through Jesus Christ. Thanks for reading and commenting, sister Anita, Dennis

An impressive write in so few short words. I like the reference to God as the master designer of their clothing. Nice picture to enhance your words. Don

This is quite brilliant and you are indeed a man of much wit, or so would seem as well as a man of great faith and that seems to me to be a wonderful combination.
Thank you for the smile on my face this afternoon - Dinah

Clever metaphor for this idea. Also the play on words with "Son" enhanced it as well. Spotless and fireproof forever is cool too.

Hello Deniz,
I clicked on this quite intrigued, wondering what was in store.
I wasn't disappointed. My smile was very wide.
Very, very cleverly done, using scriptural truths.
The two statements are flawless - both in structure and theologically!
So nicely done. Have a great day!

Nice spiritual application for many. I've always been intrigued by the whole fig leaf dress of shame and the skins God provided as the first animal sacrifice. Not only as a Christian but as a lover of the outdoors and hunter, I can identify with God's nature perhaps in ways others cannot. This poem and the realities of God working from the beginning of man represents powerful truths. From time to time I pull a writ out called the Genesis Factor, and talk about how this is a proven reality that started in Genesis. No doubt Genesis is the battleground. Take away the faith in it, the reality of it, and the spiritual battle is lost. It is like the Queen Bee of our scritptures. Amen.
Thanks for this deeply felt writing. May others be curious.

Thanks brother. I have always found it interesting That Adam responded to God by saying "I hid myself, I am naked." He wasn't really naked, he was wearing his fig leaf apron and he certainly was not hidden from The Lord.
May many be found by the Lord where they are trying to hide from Him while trusting in the works of their hands to cover their shame. And yes, some have called Genesis the seed bed of faith since it has so many beginnings of true doctrine in it. Thanks brother, God bless, Dennis
