It is truly divine when we can talk to Jesus through the Spirit and know that He hears us and our requests that we ask of Him. That is when you know you are truly in the presence of the Almighty One.

I like this has it doesn't promote any particular faith but rather lays out a blue print that would conform to any spirituality. The key is the basics as you have stated them. The details to my thinking are not as important. nice piece, mikey

I like the message conveyed here and especially love the first two lines. The picture you chose, along with the color layout, enhance the overall theme. The entire piece leaves me with...an otherworldly feeling :-) I was going to say that this is more freeverse or prose, but upon reading the author notes I see that it is indeed a freestyle. Enjoyed reading this. It made my afternoon.

This poem is well-written & expresses many spiritual concepts that resonate with how I also feel. The language that you use has a "softness" to it, ethereal a bit, such that it reflects a tone of the mystic. My only complaint is that the poem sounds a little more cerebral than I would prefer, for a topic like this. It sounds like a lesson or lecture by a master. Maybe a little more "feeling" thru-out the message would be nice. But it's a great poem, just the way it is, for sure! Good job & good luck in the contest.
