Oh Farts!!! I read them out of order again. Is there any suggestions you have for that????? As I'm reading I am trying to massage the area. It's not working to well and trying to looks at the computer screen, but I can see how it helps. Thank you so much...... Really.

your latest chapter in your self improvement books is very well written and informative. Wonderful narrative- you writing is conversational style. Here are some areas that caught my attention:

Go back to the back of your neck and do the medulla oblongata at the junction of your head and neck. Push hard enough there to move your head. Doesn't that feel gooooood? Keep your golden sparking stars moving in and around your body. Continue massaging about a minute. I do it for a slow 100 count.

A side phenomenon is that you will see all kind of colors behind your eyelids. Some of them will be very brilliant. Just go with the flow after you take your hands from your eyes. When you have had enough fun with this, relax and slowly open your eyes.

I have a feeling this is the last chapter. I'm awarding you five stars of excellence.

I have looked in your last chapter with cleansing of ileo-ceacal valve and closing it. May be you meant tightening it, making it better operative.
Head adrenals? I only know adrenals sit pretty over kidneys, but you are talking of lymphatics....yes plenty around neck and head.
I am sure these excersize are good for organ functioning.

Excellent article. One small, rather vital point I should like to add...
ALL cells regenerate anti-clockwise, degenerate clockwise. Therefore, *invigorating/rejuvenating* exercises that incorporate rotation should ONLY be anti-clockwise.

    Actually my methode is not moving in circles. It is a foreward and backwards movment. I really didn't know that...I'll research it. Thank You My Friend, Knowledge.
