I truly want to reigniting my flame of youth, and this artwork from utube is so awesome, well written, and I will be saving this, thank you for sharing.

Well, you have my attention. I've popped in on chapter 5, should I go back to one and read before I try this or just start here? I've never been one for meditation practices but would certainly love to reunite the flame of my youth and relieve some stress in the process.
Your article is very easy to follow and I haven't looked at the sun image yet but will do so.

    These physical meditational exercises have to be done in order, for them to work properly. Also, I give a reason and explanation for each one.

Knowledge, Sounds like a good exercise. I'll try it. I probably won't try it before the sun comes up though, but it will still be rising. I will tell you about how it goes. Thanks for getting on this track of lessons. Your writing is full of common-sense and self-improvment.

Awakeing - Awaking
sun starts to peak over the horizon - peek
Lay flat on your back - Lie flat
Lie flat on your back touch your feet - you need punctuation after "back" to avoid a run-on.
Still laying flat on your mattress - lying
flat on your mattress, put your hands - add comma
You do a good job of giving easy to follow directions and of explaining why a person should do the exercise in the first place. Brooke

your latest chapter titled 'Awakening Your Vital Organs/Glands' is very well written. I love your advice. Beautiful art work you used. Wonderful narrative. Here are some points that were sage advice:

There is a reason that we visualize gold. Gold is the color of our sun. It is the life force that keeps our planet and all natural life living on our planet. You want to pull this living life force into your body

I've always heard meditation and visualization are very calming and lowers blood pressure.
Thanks for sharing your helpful information in your self improvement non-fiction chapter. Excellent chapter.

I thought this was so good that I copied and pasted it in my files. I want to refer to it until I get the exercise down in my head.

This may sound nuts, or it may add to your knowledge. The Odawa Elders in my area taught me that those darkest moments just before the dawn belong to Dawn Walker. He escorts the Grandfathers of the day into the world. My understanding is, these Grandfathers are the spirits of the four directions.

They say if you have a question, get up in time to greet Dawn Walker with asayma (tobacco, a sacred herb for the Native People). Lay the tobacco down (or burn it in a large shell, indented rock, etc.) and ask your question.

If you do this for seven days, the answer will come to you by the eighth.

Anyway. Lovely meditation; one worth practicing.

Well done! This piece is a nice bit of instruction, simple and descriptive enough for anyone to follow. I've been intending to work on some meditation--try to relieve some stress from work. I'll try and follow this.
