don't eat a desert immediately - dessert
Don't over do it - overdo
Girls, you will need this cream rub - add comma for direct address
Knowledge, your advice is clear and easy to follow and has a common-sense ring to it - you're not suggesting anything that makes bells and whistles go off. Brooke

Thanks for sharing your tips on healthy living in simple, easy to follow language with conversational tone to give personal charm.
Excellent tips, too!
two tiny typos-
What you want to do,(no ,) is safely shrink you(your) stomach so you satisfy your hunger urge sooner.
Warmly, rd

Good basic rules we should all live by. Having a peaceful life at home also helps. :-0 A lot of health problems come from stress.
Thanks. I enjoyed this.

Hi Knowledge,
These are very wise and helpful tips. Thank you for sharing these. I shall start applying them ASAP! I used to do aerobic exercises and maintained my petite size but lately haven't been doing any so I have gained a few pounds. :)
Nice first chapter. I shall watch out for the next.

Thank you for the "tip of the day" my friend. Your information is well-taken. The writing is great. I found no spags to note. It was my pleasure.

Hi Knowledge. Caught a few edits: "The proper way to do this is TO move faster than normal and TO SWING your arms."
All your suggestions are excellent. I will have to work on eliminating the snacks or making them vegetable sticks or something. I didn't find any more editing to do. Was able to read easily and it all made great sense. I did wonder, however, how I could wake up after only 15 minutes. That is a cat nap I think. Excellent.

Knowledge,
your advice on staying healthy is excellent and very well written. Your narrative is great and very engaging. Here are some points in your self-help story that stood out for me:
II. Eating properly. Don't stuff yourself at meals. Take a smaller portion of everything and eat slowly. When you do this, it satisfies your hunger desire sooner. Drink a glass of juice five minutes before your meal. Eat nourishing meals. If you feel hungry later on, then you can have a little raw vegetable or fruit snack. What you want to do, is safely shrink you stomach so you satisfy your hunger urge sooner. Don't eat a desert immediately after your meal. Wait fifteen minutes or more.
VI. Go to bed when you feel tired. Get up early. Limit your evening entertainment: TV, movies, computer, and so on...
I fully agree you are what you eat. I have many food allergies and I'm limited on what I eat. We buy grass fed beef because I can't eat steroids, hormones and most chemical additives. I try to eat certified organic food. I can't eat fast food or processed food. But everybody in my family eats this way now and their healthier. The sleep part I have issues with my constant pain limits my uninterrupted sleep. I often have insomnia because of pain issues. Your advice is very wise. . .Melissa!

I enjoyed reading your advice for getting and remaining healthy. I can't wait for the next installment. I have a friend who tried eating half of what she would normally eat, she's slowly losing weight, and rarely feels hungry.

This is a very good thing to write about to help others in their life as well...
I like the fact that this is told in detail and is very good advice. I like the simple way it's told and also the information that is given to look up later.
Blessings for you caring enough from your heart to write this to help others. MOuntainstar2..

I enjoyed reading your thread presented here. There are many good tips indeed, and I think that we all must adopt some simple common sense ways of living that reduce the impact on both our system and the planet's. I especially like the reminder about eating less, and trying to feel full earlier after letting your stomach downsize. That is probably my biggest challenge in an overall pretty healthy balanced life. So, I ask for guidance, and I get a root canal. That keeps me from eating too much... "Thanks, universe!" LOL - Anyway, I love absorbing all the good ideas that I can, and you have plenty here. Thank you for this, and I look forward to more!
