This has been the kind of story that I enjoy reading. It has been thoroughly entertaining, and you did a wonderful job with it. I hope you publish it. I look forward to your finishing the other one you had started where the wonder was sure her son is innocent.

Thank you Beth, I'm rewriting The Fix at the moment so I should be posting some chapters soon. I'm really pleased that you enjoyed this chapter and thank you for the six stars. I have one more chapter left to post.

Danielle was right. There really wasn't any other way she could learn about her natural parents' deaths, and I doubt she realized how dangerous her nosing around would be.

Two genuinely lovely adoptive parents and you captured their responses beautifully, Jacob - both the emotion and the concern. Well done and thank you for sharing. Debbie
Whatever comes next, we can deal (with) that

Hi Jacob, it a wonderful continuation to your story. I'm glad that Danielle has come to terms with her family. I found a small thing: Whatever comes next, we can deal (with)that. All best, Ulla:)))

I'm glad Danielle is accepting Michael and Emma as her parents. I am curious is she and Callum are going to become more than friends. He stood by her during this entire problem.

A great chapter focused on tying up loose ends and restoration, even building, of relationships. You do a great job on both accounts. I like the part about Danielle thinking on what Mary might be thinking.
You've done a wonderful job of writing a book on here, my friend! Thank you for keeping me occupied all these months!! I'd love to see it published.
Take care,
Rhonda

Thank you, Rhonda, I will be approaching literary agents later this year, but I will need to make sure it's properly edited first. I'm pleased that you enjoyed it.

The good thing about being on this site is that you are given a lot of help on the editing part. Good luck with it, and let us know how you do!!

I really loved the raw emotion in your story. The tension between Danielle and Emma and Michael felt so real - it made me feel their concern. The moment when she decides to call Emma and Michael "Mum" and "Dad" really touched me. Keep up the great work!
