That is perfect. The picture is lovely, though at first glance it looked like a big sugar cookie, Or, maybe I am just hungry. This is concise and first rate. I really enjoyed it. Karen

    It's only a legend but I know for sure I would not test it and put my hand in... when I was young I would lie to avoid being punished ( in boarding schools).

    I'm much older and hopefully wiser and I have stopped saying lies ..they just get you into more problems.

    I was told that if you don't
    lie, you never have to remember what you said. :-)

I totally agree with the sentiment expressed in this monostich. Truth will come out, whether in a day or a decade, to be dealt with at that time. Well written. Good title.

    Thank you! I totally agree.

    I try to be honest cause growing up I learned that a lie might get you out of strife in that moment but some how the truth will come out and bite you in the butt
    twofolds.

Unusual comparison of truth to a rotten tooth;
that's more like a lie.
Your title must have one or two words.

    To me it seems clear:

    Eventually a rotten tooth has to come out

    Idem the truth.
