Steve sure is a great poet and a KIWI Have checked up on his poems, sure has whiten a lot. Loved the picture of Mt Taranaki beautiful part of New Zealand My eldest son has purchased properties that look at the mountain. It's in a small village called Karponga. I think I've better write a poem about it.

Ok, it is a little unplanned so kinda dorky, but wanted to show you how sweet I think you are. Thanks for the sweet words for Steve and I hope you do write that poem. Thanks too for the six stars and for always being so sweet.

This is a wonderful and I'm sure no one minded it being slightly late. I also enjoyed all the videos you shared. I didn;t really know Steve so it always good to find out about a new potential friend.

Sorry I've been away - it's already been an exhausting year, but God is good! Prayers for my hubby, Steve, please. He's in a rehab center after a week in the hospital. But he's getting better so the time away is worth it.

So good to see you, Deb. I'm sorry about your husband, but I will put you both on my prayer chain. I know about the rehab centers, but they are the best way to get the care needed. I once shattered my ankle and leg, had an artificial one put in and was non weight baring for three months. But the therapy was priceless. Hopefully he will get better sooner in there.

In particular, the last two lines of the main poem, before the follow-up stanza, are perfect not just in what you say but how you say it, re: rhythm and meter. Your rhymes, as always, are perfect, and I'm sure Steve will be very flattered.

celebrate the many talents of a Poet For Hire.
Your nicely rhymed poem includes interesting information and reads as smooth as the icing on the birthweek and Golden Wedding anniversary cakes. That must have been quite a gathering with all the goobledegooks and weasels in attendance. Love your choice of videos too. Some of my own favorites.

And you enjoy our wonderful Minnesota weather too. Yesterday when it was cold and rainy, I told Glen not to complain. At least it wasn't snow to shovel.
