Friendship is a good thing, if you can trust them. Evidently you found someone who you can trust and will not take advantage of you. These kinds of people are hard to find.

I liked the touch of mischief implied in the last line and of course the obviously genuine tribute to your 'sister' and best friend. Such friends are invaluable - what would we do without them. I hope you continue to share this relationship as the poem suggests.
Straightforward aabb rhyming quatrains do the job well for this.

One of my best friends is Spanish and the other one is English. We met here on FS, in fact.
