This is a lovely tribute for your writer friend. It is interesting how we go connect with some other writers and want to remain connected. I may have told you the one who called herself MaBaker has disappeared from radar screen. We even talked on the telephone all the way to Australia.
She'd been unusally absent on her writing about Mugs everyone's favorite of her characters. The last time I called her, the operator said the phone has been connected. I've tried several times to no avail. Also no email response. This kind of thing makes my imagination active. All I can do is send whatever is needed out into the universe.

Thank you once again my dear friend. You are always so kind and I am thankful for a fellow Minnesotan to be writing along side here. Did you know that Joan, dragon poet is also from our great snowy state. She is in the suburbs. I don't know if you saw that one or not, but it is the one I posted along with Margaret's yesterday.

Well-done, this rhymed poem, including a writer you can admire.
I liked hearing what SOTU meant. Acronyms sometimes leave readers looking things up, so how nice to have the meaning included right nearby. Small suggestion:
So many ways and many things; just two peas in a pod
I think maybe substitute In for So.
