This was a nice, faith-based poem. It makes you hope the person writing has a great year in 2022. With a difficult past sometimes it's hard to psyche yourself up for some success in the coming year. Good luck and best wishes.

It was good, but the writer seemed so uneasy about the approaching year.

Well, this is totally understand. I'm not a religious person, but wanting to improve one's self and reach a place close to what you think God wants you to be is a worthy goal. This is well written and the rhymes are good.
