Hi. She was a wonderful person.The first one on this site to 'take me under her wing'. Your poem and pictures caught her essence. I appreciate it.
I do think of her everytime I read a poem of the sea or love, I miss her 'sigh', I miss her just being there.
Odd that, I never met her, never talked and yet she touched my life and very deeply.

you bring tears to the eyes and soul with this entry
pam was a in a league all her own with her entries
and yes
passion for life love and more
her endless energy amazed me always
I began to know of pam and her work back in 2005
thank you for sharing your tribute and talent
this is lovely poetry
poetry in gungalo style
it still does not seem real that pam has passed
it's as if this is a mistake and it is someone else

I'm doing okay. Got a touch of pneumonia. Lord knows how that happened in the tail end of summer, but I did.

Hi Dean - As always, a well crafted poem, also a lovely poem keeping Pam's memory alive for the readers. Very good rhyming couplets with words that flow along effortlessly. The only line I feel was not worthy of a place in this lovely poem, is the second line of your first stanza. We should not assume that we know what other writers are thinking - but this is a teeny quibble. The whole of the poem is majestic with a stunning moving picture. I wish I could make them - this one in particular is gorgeous. Warm regards Dorothy x ps Very moving author notes x
