During one of my Bible study sessions, a Christian doctor came gave a talk about what Jesus's body went through. Your poem brought that back to me.

Thanks very much, Barbara. I had to do this one justice, I simply had to. I am happy that it brought such recollection and reflection...

Hi Dean,
You have written yet another superb poem and as usual your presentation is beautiful. I found the music haunting and perfect for this piece. The rhyming scheme is flawless and your well chosen words give me a perfect image of Jesus on the cross. Well done....blessings, chey

A vivid passionately worded truth of crucifixion of Son of God Lord Jesus Christ who took our sins and offered our righteous living a way to heaven and He gave his all dedicated to mankind, so nicely retold. 06/721

The poem itself is spiritual, true, and beautiful. Good use of rhyming and alliterations.., bloodied body...battered, bleeding. Well written with emotive tone. Nice slideshow:)

You we're sure out to paint a graphic picture.
And you did just that. what I would like to know
Is how you get you poetic alliteration to flow like that?
You did your thing. Keep writing.

Dean, you have done it again!
Another great poem from the man at hand, Dean Kuch! I think this will appeal to a ton of people, as already evident in the great reviews. Good luck in your future man, although, you don't need it. ;)

This certainly is an exceptional poem in every way. Just the presentation alone deserves a six. Then, add this fantastic spiritual poem and it deserves a seven, which is available, according to the number of exceptional ratings you receive. I believe there will be many, depending on the amount of promotion. You have a God given talent that should be shared with as many people as possible and not just Fanstory. I really believe that you have a great opportunity to boost your career as a writer, if you can make the right connections. In my opinion, this should win "poem of the month". Fantastic work. Bill

Oh Whoa Dean I heard about you from a very close friend, I read a lot of other poem, but this, I cant express how I felt, my heart felt like flying with the music, although so sad Jesus to be in so much pain, its amazing, is convincing, its art the way you write. Thank you so much. I am sure the priest will be proud of you. God Bless.Terry

Thank you very much, Mel, I appreciate your kind words. I imagine that I will hear all about it from him in just a few short hours at church. I pray you are right, that man has meant a great deal to me; almost like a second father.
Thanks so much, again...
