Excellent
Not yet exceptional. When the exceptional rating is reached this is highlighted

Intense interactions--characters continue to be developed. Gripping dialog.

Confusion as to what that joke has to do with allegation of homosexuality. I've heard it as: be good, if not, be careful, if not, name it after me.

So, I take it as: if we (either, or both of of us, separately) are not "good" as in, having sex=>impregnating a girl, in which case, "we" will name the kid after you.

This rating does not count towards story rating or author rank.
The highest and the lowest rating are not included in calculations.

It was to show, inappropriately that James was drunk and so he wasn't realizing he was talking about having male on male sex.
that's why Phillip asked if he was saying he was homosexual. Thanks for reading, Liz. A short one this time.

I get that's what you meant--I'm saying, I've heard that joke and it has no homosexual connotations.

Oh, no. Absolutely not. None whatsoever. But with only four people being in the room and the ludicrous reference is of the two brother's naming their child (if they can't be good), after their mother gives it a homosexual contest. Kinda,Sorta. But at least it demonstrates James' drunkenness, I feel.

By the way, your review does not show on my end any more. It's like it vanshed. It was my only review until this morning, when I had 9 additional ones ... but it only shows the 9 when it should be 10 total reviews. How odd is that?!

I just checked--my review is there--first one--Now I get what you mean--makes sense--he's defensive about his homosexuality--so he misconstrues the joke as innuendo directed as him.

Good. I wonder why the delay. You'd think it would be automatic.
