Fun little 5-7-5 poem. Great alliteration in the last line. I own an antiques store - I don't know a lot of about dolls but do buy and sell a few. Good luck Carolyn in the contest.

I very much liked the image of your porcelain doll. Each of the words you have selected for your poem are appropriate, but I am missing a personal voice, which is there in your author notes. At present the poem is coming across as an advertisement. I do like the alliteration in the last line: rare, restored, relics, which is also the language of adverts. I wonder what feeling, impression you were trying to convey?
