This is a fun story about the two cats Patches and Ruby. They learned a good lesson about home being the best place ever, especially since the world can be cold and scary. Thanks for sharing.

Patch and Ruby, such a dynamic duo and a couple of troublemakers. But they were outsmarted and never got out the yard.
You penned a great story in a poem for us, Debi. Great cadence and rhyme making it easy to read.

-A fun image is "I saw the scratching on the wall."

Kittens or cats can produce some fun stories. Your story is delightful. Last weekend we were visiting, and my granddaughter and her friend had a cute harness they put on their kitties' body. You should have seen her try to walk around with that harness on.

Wow, Nicki, I thank you so very much. This is part two of their silly shenanigans. But I love how Helen tells her stories about Patch. I think next one I will add in my grandkids cat, Kevin. He is another one with the loudest voices all the time. I don?t know but I just think he is needy and loves attention.

Oh those little stinkers. Big plans don't seem so big in the confines of a home. But one step outside and it's curtains. Both cats seemed to want to meet up, and we all know there is strength in numbers. But a nice warm bed will have tonsuffice. Gretchen
