These are fun snippets of living. I especially liked the Ginger Rogers effect where she can do the same dances going backward and in high heels! I also liked the best advice from the father bet on yourself that is the best advice I have ever heard! Thank you for sharing this humorous and entertaining piece.

Wow. Is this an olio of your better adventures? I have remembrances of things but without notes would need to recreate them wrongly. The best here is re: the ads of superstars. Well, to tell the truth, I often remark if the product was any good it wouldn't need ads.

My favorite handicapped parking incident was seeing a pick-up truck in a parallel van spot. It bore "Sam's Handyman" signage.
Good thing I wasn't an open carry advocate.

Thanks for the giggles, Terry! I liked the first one as it reminded me of that old TV show Sledge Hammer. When Sledge saw an able-bodied person park in the Handicapped parking spot, he shot out all the tires and said, "Now, you're handicapped."
The other one that made me laugh is "Just wondering why would anyone watching TV would want to buy gold, silver, a reverse mortgage, or a Medicare Supplement from some actor or old football player who knows nothing about any of those subjects." We must be watching TV around the same time of night. Lol.
