Hi Jay. You were very fortunate to have known such a man. I cannot even imagine the plethora of information in terms of advice he made available to you. The name Clarence Fetter suits him to a T. His cards seemed to offer you a lot.

"When Clarence perceived my interest was less in having him give me a reading and more in prying out the mystery locked in each card, he gave me some advice, and I'm going to pass that advice on to you:
I personally have no faith in Tarots but that's just me.

Good job of letting us know about him and the cards, Jay.

Take care and be safe. Bob

Thank you so much, Bob. God, it's good to be back. And good to have dear friends read my stuff and let me read theirs.

I love this very conversational piece of literature and a tale of Clarence, the man with the giant testicles and his tarot reading par excellence is legend. You really are a great literary raconteur and twister of yarns. Beautifully written Jay, you are very clever, well done, blessings Roy

Ahhh, Roy. You are the only devout Christian I know who can read this and not tell me I'm going to hell and joined hands with the devil. Thank you for that!

I don?t judge, or at least try, Jay, just a story.

I like your non-fiction story.
I like the conspiratorial voice you told it in and the humor interspersed here and there.
You draw a pretty vivid picture of Clarence and I can imagine him from head to waist. (My mind refuses to go lower.)
I found your story, if not riveting, at least quite interesting. I think that is both because I am a student/practioner of these arts myself and because I can recognize and appreciate good writing.

Jay, I just love your direct and honest writing. It is refreshing to read exactly what a person has on his mind. You do not disappoint.
Your colorful description of a colorful character develops in us an understanding of the man who was your mentor.
You lead us through the setting and tone of your relationship with the old man.
I love the part about the dog, hehe.

Great job, my friend,
Rhonda

Jay,

Hmm.. I have no idea what this was about. *smile*

I might get parts of it - those things that shaped you and set your mind to thinking in creative ways -- A fine character worth reviving and sharing -- the wonders and unknowns in this world...

Though it was REALLY well written, I'm thinking - hmmm... what was that about? Thanks for a thoughtful one.

What was it about? It was about a very complex personality who helped shaped me (for better or worse). That's all. Thank you for reading it. I think you're teasing me, though. I believe you understand far more than you're letting on, *smile* See you next time, Robyn.

That was amazing, Jay, very funny, great word choice, and had me choking on my coffee! I certainly learned something about a certain part of a man's anatomy, lol, I always thought that was where the man kept his brain, not the other way round. LOL. Sorry!!! You really brightened my day with this one, my friend. Well done! :)) Sandra

I am trying to clear my mind, or find a solution for this "anything means anything." This is a very comfortable line. Your story kept me in suspense, I think that Clarence held his secrets very well. It kept my attention.

I thought you did a great job in describing Clarence. Maybe the part about his privates was a little too detailed. Or maybe that's just me! But this was a well written and interesting take on an individual. Well done.

Ha, so much of this really non-fiction. It doesn't matter, it was an enjoyable and enlightening story. So, reading and deciphering the meanings of Tarots is actually gaining a deeper understanding of your own mind and soul. Inner searching, the great never ending exploration.

Plus, it's good to have big balls.

Flawless, and engaging. I like the real conversation tone.

Thank you, Lance. It WAS really non-fiction. I classified it as Biographical. Wow! Thanks for the 6 stars, Lance. Yes, after studying the Tarots for 50 years, I can confidently say the Tarots deliver a qualitative depth and breadth to life.
