Watch out cheating husband! You're wife don't mess around. This was an entertaining poem that met the contest specifications well. Although it was humorous it goes to show that betrayal can't be taken lightly.

Thank you for this great review. I'm so glad you got the humor in this. My daughters were horrified...hahaha. Thanks again. :)

interesting title. A good opening paragraph, line 2 rhyme well with line 4. a well written second stanza. Love stanza 3 it thick with emotion. a quite powerful stanza 4 and 5. A sad and angsty stanza 6 and 7, the emotion flow quite well. The rest of the stanza was pretty dark but good.

i love the hidden menace in this poem. It is a wonderful idea given the challenge set. One little grammaticasl hiccup:
'They'll be a little something extra,' -- In this line you are looking for an abbreviated form of 'There will be ...' That should be written 'There'll be ...'

Wow...a woman scorned is well-displayed here. But what is the cost of a broken heart? Relief from emotional pain can come in many ways. The best way is to realize what a louse he is and that escape from him is the right way to go...and then not look back at the misery. Easy to say!
I like the punch line here...gives a new meaning to the term 'just desserts'. Best wishes in the contest!!
