This is a six star poem about my favorite little weasel. I love the way you describe Wally and his surroundings. He is a very adventurous little weasel. You used very good descriptive wording and I love the art work. Hugs, Teri

Isn't the painting something? It's SweetLinda's work.
Thank you for a lovely review. I'm so happy you're enjoying Wally escapades. He really puts his all in his painting. I have to see that he keeps one foot on the floor. 8-)

I can't wait to read this to my grandchildren as they are big fans of yours. You are so very talented and gifted. I know that as does the little ones because they tell me. A splendid addition.

Wally's back and in his element again. The words flow nicely with great rhythm and rhyme. I like the ending you have given this, bringing out Wally's sensitive side - it is so easy to write ourselves into a corner, isn't it?
Clever touch with the artwork, too.

Hi Damommy, This is such an endearing story you have told in your poem. The rhyming is perfect, and you paint it all in vivid colours. This is great for children and adults alike. I love it. All the best. Ulla:)

Damommy, this is such an excellent children's story - Wally Weasel Paints the Beach. You have rhymed this poem perfectly and told a story that was easy to visualise and upbeat with its mention of colors - orange, red, yellow, purple, gold, blue.
Just a comment on this line -
4th stanza, third line - "This might just be the masterpiece he's always thought he'd do". I thought this line didn't sound quite right. Perhaps it would be better as -
'This might just be the masterpiece (he) always thought he'd do'.
Such a creative touch and I also like the hidden story (the one that appeared in my own eyes) of - it doesn't matter what you look like, the picture you paint will always be special as we all are. Thank you for sharing this most enjoyable and inspirational read.~DD

Another great action packed Wally the Weasel field trip described with such a flair for bring this little imaginary scene to life. The imagery compliments the work well and my only suggestion for improving it would be to set your background color to something that would lend to the ocean or beach. Well done!

What a great poem about an impossible happening: a weasel with an easel. I just said it was great, but that was an understatement. It was understandable, it was entertaining, and it made me feel good, too. Loverly (to quote Eliza)
