Hi Peter,
Well said. Definitely not lost, just waiting for the reunion. I like your attitude and I must say it is good to see you back.

This is a special poem, Peter. Made me tear up. Such a beautiful message of undying love and of a faith in God so strong it even alleviates the pain. Jinny is not lost, you're right. I loved the imagery in this poem. Thanks for sharing with me.

Wonderful words written Peter
You are right our loved ones care
For us all every day from heaven.
We all have a chance to go to heaven
To be with God and our loved ones and friends.

Hi. Thank you for the nice read. Good description with good meaning. I liked this part the most.
Then, as I see your vision fade,
I think of sacred vows we've made,
that who'd be left must even smile,
because we're parted but a while.
Keep up the good work. :)

solid rhyming couplets
excellent use of iambic meter and enjambment that keeps the good cadence flowing from line to line and stanza to stanza
endearingly genuine expression of love and belief that the love will continue forever once a short time of being apart is over
a beautiful expression of devoted romantic love and devout religious faith
