Oh, that was so adorable! A precious haiku with all the right count and other attributes that makes a perfect haiku. A priceless picture to accompany. I particularly liked the satori "tales of love entwine."
That was a wonderful contest entry - I enjoyed every word!

tiny dragon heart << Like tiny dragons, yes, they really are!
sings to lady of the sea << I'm lost here.. have heard of old man of the sea and Neptune but not a lady of the sea... but then what do I know? :)
tails of love entwine << good line for a sea horse poem... I can picture that.

I like the delicateness of this poem. The pun on tails/tales in the last line cinched it for me. I'm not sure the picture goes well with the poem but I think the work should stand on its own without pictures. I saw a mermaid in my mind while reading this.
