Thank you for continuing this series on health. I'm going to have to study on this one for awhile. It takes me a little longer with directions. I'm not good at reading maps either. I do better if I can see it. I read your profile about being a sad American. Have you read about someone placing a lot, and I'm not sure of the number, but a tremendous amount of pages of classified documents about the war in Afghanistan on the internet? When is this craziness going to end? At this point, we are almost our own worst enemy, we don't have to wait for someone to attack us, we are inviting them in by our apathetic attitude. ann

Oh dear, I read this one way out of order. I will get them in order I promise. I guess would suggest how out of order I am really. Can you do anything about that?

Knowledge, Well written, very understandable. I do have one question: When you are chopping down from your rib cage to your abdomin, do you tense the abdomen or relax it?
I have prodded lightly on the ileococal point. Not too hard. I think ilitis can be caused if that intestinal opening is haywire.

Your legs are up so you can't relax your abdominal muscles. that is fine. If they were relaxed you might hurt yourself. Your belly under your muscles can't tense up. So, you are shaking them and loosening anything that is stuck in them. Drink plenty of water and natural juices to help wash them out.
Thank You My Friend,
Knowledge

Thanks Knowledge for reminding me of the legs.

knowledge,
another well written chapter in our self improvement non-fiction piece. Interesting ideas. I have a cousin who as UC and issued with her large intestines. I feel that there are toxins in the foods we eat due to all the chemicals. I feel by eating organically and without as many additives, steroids then cancer can be avoided. The lines that stood out:
Your body is in a constant war with toxic intrusion. When it is healthy, it's able to do its job effectively. When it is overwhelmed, because the Ileocecal Valve isn't working properly, your natural body defense system can't keep you healthy and young. It begins fighting a losing battle. All kinds of horrible diseases, such as cancer can get a foothold in your body, including wait gain. Living tissue begins to break down and you start aging more quickly than you actually should.
Also a doctor told me that if you don't crap at least once a day the fecal matter builds up in your colon. He advised me to eat salsa with jalapeħos in it because hot peppers help you maintain proper colon health.
Melissa.

Nicely done. Very interesting the manner in which one can 'jiggle' the internals into step. Meditation I'm familiar with is more about being still and relaxing.
Thank you for a great read.

I found a book my grandmother wrote about this, she truly believed she took after her greandmother as a median. I love the thought of purifier your body, I will have this after my surgery at St Marys, thank you for sharing.

I thought this was a very well-written chapter, and I also found it very informative. I've been looking for ways to make my life healthier, and you've provided some great information.

Sort of a stream of consciousness review. I took notes as I read.
Second paragraph, "It breakdown the immune system." This should be, "It breaks down the immune system." Or, of course, some similar variation would be fine as well.
I think you need to be consistent in your style concerning contractions. Using 'it is' and 'it's' in the same sentence tends to signify uncertainty or lack of confidence on the writer's part.
"All kinds of horrible diseases, such as cancer can get a foothold in your body, including wait gain."
Two notes here:
1. Should be a comma following 'cancer.'
2. 'wait gain' should be 'weight gain.'
"The Ileocecal Valve is located on your right side just across from your hip bone and three inches down from your bellybutton."
Belly button is two words.
"It will brake loose any the materials sticking in your digestive tract to start them flowing through it properly. ."
Not sure why there are two periods at the end of this. Remove the second one.
Also, 'brake loose' should be 'break loose.'
"Book Case this Book. I don't have time to get the fan dollars that I need to get a lesson up daily. Or, if you feel like it, you could help me out by promoting my next chapters. There is a law of the universe that you must earn your way. You must pay or sacrifice for anything you receive so that you can benefit from it."
I'm not sure why this is here. Imploring the community to do your work for you doesn't seem in line with your message at all.
