The first thing that came to my mind after reading your interesting, well-writing autobiography was this adage that I've loved for years now: Those who think that nice people come in last don't have a clue where the finish line is. The next thought I had is my all-time favorite saying: Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes, Courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day that says, "I will try again tomorrow."
You have shown supreme perseverance and strength as well as a great appreciation for being able to live it. I'm so very glad I read this piece today. Thank you for being brave enough to lay yourself bare for this contest. I hope you do as well in the polls as you've done in my heart. xoxox

Thank you for your honest response to the category, some thing we all need to answer to, ourselves. I personally made this contest entry as doubts exist, have I been able to accept myself. Enjoy those sandy beaches, rocky roads are there for a reason.
