Really strong and convincing piece for us Christians. I'm thrilled to see some light cast down from Above upon your poetry. As always, you have a wonderful way of words. Also, I must complement you on the time you invested to format the stanzas and intersperse the symbols that signify the theme of the piece.

He saved me the message. I am glad he obeyed the lord. The poem opens the spiritual mind and guides the Holy Spirit to reveal the plan of salvation. This is done right. Thank you Dean.

I thank you Ben for reading and reviewing it for me, my friend...

Great! It clearly demonstrates a strong conviction in the sacrificial death of our Lord Jesus. I was so blessed reading this- as I am with any strongly Christian posting! Nice step by step presentation of the gospel... kinda reminds me of Petra's song "All Over Me"- you should check it out on YouTube! I also wrote a poem, barely six months after I was saved 18 years ago, along these lines. I hope to find it in my clutter soon!

God must have directed me to this poem. I think that sometimes we in our busy lives almost gloss over what Jesus suffered to cleanse us of our sins. Let us never forget.

Thank you very much, David. That's pretty much what my Pastor said to me, too. Take care always, my friend...

Your minister may be proud of you and that is admirable to say the least. But God in His glory, who gave His son for us must be so pleased to see that you used his gift for His good. The poem has told 'the old, old story' that I have loved so long, so very, very well. Thank you for the lovely work. Carolyn

I like this poem but for me it has to be the end line 'it's up to you' I think that ends the poem on a cliffhanger which makes the poem thank you for sharing
