Haha fantastic take on this challenge. I can relate vividly, especially when cycling or running. The uninvited protein intake is not necessarily the most appealing of tastes haha. Well done

LOL A fine serve of bug guts pie here but I'd say if you swallowed a fly, you can also look forward to a fairly unsavoury dose of insect barf parfait to follow, albeit small LOL Hey, it don't take much. Anyway, nice 3-5-3
Good luck with the pie...maybe put some cream with it LOL it should go down a treat then haha
Good luck serving this one to the judges but you may well have screwed your chances LOL
