A nice entry to the prompt. The poem goes very nicely with the picture. I am ready for that spring splash. As I get older, the winters seem to get longer.

This piece does a great job painting a picture for spring. I can just imagine seeing the wildflowers blooming. Hopefully we'll get to that point in the year soon.

Excellent charming write. The third stanza is my favourite. You could be describing the scene outside my home on this rainy day.
