Hi Al,
I read this essay with much interest. I think a good haiku is incredibly difficult to write. Which is most likely the reason I rarely write one. Hiromi's instructions (which is probably yours) about breathing right as one reads a haiku is news to me! I love the humor in this piece and the ending is a killer. I am glad you wrote this, it is informing and clever. I wish I had just one more six and it would be yours. Well done, chey

I loved this story. It was easy to read, ad you made it easy to understand! I loved the part about Bruce being reincarnated to become a cockroach! That tickled me to no end~

Thanks for a great review. I thought this would be a good way to teach about haiku in my Shorter Poetic Forms course offered on this site.
