Lovely artwork and nice presentation, Debi. "The River" is one of my favorite songs. You wrote a very nice tribute for Karenina's birthday with many good examples of her dedication to the people on the site, as well as being a good poet in her own right.

This is a big Double D...Dang, Debi, you outdid your ownself! The artwork is fantastic. The poem is very fun, and you hit it out of the park describing Karenina. And then of course, you went crazy on the music, but then that would be expected for her.

I played in a Mummers string band highlighted by marching in Philadelphia on New Year?s Day. This was in high school, what, about a hundred years ago?

String Bands: Mummers who play music while strutting down Broad St. They?re not permitted to play any brass instruments and only use saxophones, banjos, accordions, violins, percussion instruments (including glockenspiels) and bass violins.

Another lovely Merry go Rhyme for a wonderful friend who has also been my mentor extraordinaire.
And not only that, but you manage to choose ALL my favorite music on YouTube! You know I love Eva Cassidy, but 'Tapestry' is my favorite album of all time!
It's very revealing that there are few facts about K's biography: this is all about her personality, which is unfailingly kind and sympathetic. And humility is what she has in bundles. I should say, a very accurate portrait.
