No question this atrocity on Israel by Hamas was pure terrorism...
The past week has been one horrific account after the other.
It's heartbreaking, and there are many protests erupting over the number of innocent Palestinians who are trapped in Gaza with no escape.
Israel gives a 24 hour warning for one million residents of northern Gaza to move south...
Hamas tells them not to...(they are human shields)
We all hold our breath, knowing bloodshed will be high and many more women and children who are not "Hamas" will be collateral damage...
How many of us have questioned if this is a sign of the end of days?
Any open border is cause for concern...
Hamas is calling for uprisings in our country, and of course security is beefed up...but who can say when or where or if?
There have been anti Israeli protests on my granddaughter's college campus.
Harvard has fifty organizations who have signed on against the Israeli incursion into Gaza.
We must me vigilant and watchful... But we must also remember there are many peaceful Muslims who abhor what Hamas has done...
I am praying for the hostages...
I am praying Egypt will open its borders
I am praying, as you are, that the hysteria of hate and revenge does not spill over in our streets.
War truly is hell.
We live in an age where so many conflicting theories and "sources" ruin our faith in the press.
Everything seems agenda driven, and we the people are left in fear...
Meanwhile Iran is hoping to ignite a much larger assault on our democracy.
So much to wrap our heads around!
360,009 Israeli troops are poised to enter Gaza...
An approximately 24 mile border!
I awaken each morning and hold my breath as I turn on the news.
If ever a miracle is needed, it is now!
Your poem is an impassioned plea for sanity to prevail.
Can it? Will it?
I hope so.
We all hope so!

Yes, l agree with every word you said and of course I pray for Palestines too, but. Hamas is willing to let the people die for their crimes,
Its horrible. I will not watch the news but read it all on CBN. The only place I can trust. Was there anything in my poem that needed changing? A maybe should add about Palestines. They read it and said he approved. So thanks so much my lovely friend!

Our little early morning prayer group has Israel as one of its root prayers, 'Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Psalm 122:6-9. Our country has a diplomatic connection to Israel, it is imperative to have sympathies with Israel. We also prays for the Palestinians of which there are Christian people too, love your enemies too. This is beautifully written, Cear Deb, you are a brave soul, I approve, blessings Roy

Thanks Roy, yes l pray for my enemies, but I do have to admit that I'm just not as good at it as you are. Ouch! Did I just admit that?
But I prayed about writing this because 1 believe not many know that there are so many of them in our country just waiting while the number of them grows. I also prayed that you or another fellow Christian would be the first to review this, and there you were. You gave me a sign that it would be ok when you said you approve. Thank you so much for that and your lovely documents. Thank you my wonderful friend!

See, God listens when we pray, particularly for His beloved Israel. So when is your birthday, the 17th? My sweet granddaughter Indah?s birthday is the 18th. Bless you faithful one. Roy

Thanks so much Roy. You just concentrate on getting back home safe and enjoy your granddaughter's birthday. My birthday is the 19th but I do know Sally is writing one, so I am good. I just love you so much for thinking of me. I don't do horoscopes, but i do think Libras are the kindest people in the world. Lol...
