The byplay with Cat is a great hook into the main story, and I liked the way you melded the Indian and Christian traditions. A good mix of humour and history to keep us entertained.

What a remarkable story! I loved your characterisation and particularly the fact that Holly appears to be several steps ahead of your narrator all along the way, demonstrating the superiority of the feline species. :) It had a little bit of everything - history, romance, cats and a Christmas theme. Who could ask for anything more? Thanks so much for sharing this - I really enjoyed it!
