Delightful story told in a gentle way without talking down to children... I was sad when the story ended but will be sure to read the next part@!!
Wonderful read for a Sunday afternoon.

Thank you so much for the six stars, Sherry! I'm delighted you enjoyed part two. The next part takes them to see the whale. He's not a happy bunny, lol. Have a lovely week, my friend. Warm hugs, Sandra xx

I'm enjoying the cube 16 format. It flows smoothly and is easy to read, perfect for young children. I love the addition of a wise queen who knows what the characters can do to help the whale. I can't wait to see what experiences the children have under water. This is a great story of mystery and adventure.

Thank you again, my friend, for reading the second part of my little story. It's wonderful to know you are enjoying it. Next chapter, inside the whales mouth!! Such fun! LOL. It's something I've always wanted to do, NOT! Thanks, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

I love this - it makes me feel like a child again. Also I love the pictures that go with it and look forward to the next instalment. I don't think it is easy to write for children without being condescending but you have managed that beautifully.

That is a very dangerous mission they are going on. The whale might accidentally swallow them. They will be in danger the whole time they are in the whales mouth. What if he bursts their air bubble? Wow tell us more! Nancy:)

Hi, Nancy, thank you for this lovely review. You're right, blowed if I'd do it!! LOL. I think the children will enjoy themselves. Being friends with a whale, shark and a dolphin, can be quite handy if you are on a sinking ship! LOL. Thanks, dear friend. Lots of love. Sandra xxx

I enjoyed my read of the continuing adventures of Poppy and Odi very much. I especially liked Odi's fear of entering the whale, and perhaps being eaten alive. Thisshould appeal to children, they so love being scared!

This is a wonderful tale, Sandra, and the use of the Cube form is perfect for the poetry you have chosen. It is easy for the children to follow and allows for short bursts of rhyme. So well done!!

Your children stories and poems are always a joy to read, even for us big kids. And Zimmer's cube 16 presents words in a fashion that highlights every line. Thanks for sharing.

What a lovely review, Ric. Thank you so very much. Robert's cube is perfect for my children's early learning poems, short sharp lines are easy to memorise. I remember all the nursery rhymes I leaned a century ago!! Thank, my friend. :) Sandra xx

This is so adorable! I love the sweet friendships in this one and desire to help. Our fears can keep us land locked sometimes. I'm hooked as ever on this tale from the sea. Sending my best and six studded starfish!

I had a tooth looked at this week. My dentist was rather mermaid-ish now that I think about it. ;)) Sal XO

This is adorable, Sandra I'm totally with Odi as well. I would be rather apprehensive to walk into a whale's mouth. Now that we know there's no other help, they may have to bite the bullet an do it.
I'm totally engaged. How talented you are. A big hug. Ulla xxxx
I'm sorry that I never told you, but I had a bit of a scare. Thought I'd come down with Covid. I tested negative. I'm fully vaccinated. But that's why I didn't post last Sunday. I'm posting tonight.

Thank you so much, Ulla, for another lovely review, and the golden sixth star. I mentioned to Alexis that I was a bit worried about you, and she managed to get hold of you and then she told me what had been going on. I have the most awful cold at the moment, headache, you name it, I feel it. So I know why you would wonder if you had covid. It's the first thing we think of. And isn't that the way of the world? I'm glad you're okay and fully vaccinated, I am, too. Those who refuse to have don't deserve our sympathy when they catch the virus, they are the ones that are still spreading it. Take care, my friend, and look after yourself. :)) Sandra xxx

Thank you so much, Sandra. I'm sorry you feel unwell yourself. I had all the symptoms of the Delta variant, which is like a heavy cold. I felt so bad that I thought I had to take the test. And I'm okay. I hope you feel better soon. xxx

Beautiful and so full of warmth and charm for the children to soak in while they read. Bravo! You definitely are made for designing and writing these beautiful pieces for children and adults.

I apologize for being so late to read today. I wanted to post about Mary/Cassidy/and liz but it took more than two chapters.... You are the first I rushed to read after posting. I hope I did the story justice.

You on the other hand do not need to worry. You are simply an expert and the poetry flows so smoothly and will hold the children's attention while they are busily coloring as well.

Just love it! Sending all my hugs, smiles and loves to my dearest friend...Take care...Carol
