Thank you so much for this lovely review, Anne! The children will have to solve some big problems before they can help the whale. The main problem is for them to be able to breathe under water. How absolutely delightful is this!? You've taken Robert's "Cube 16" and a wonderfully amusing tale and melded them together with the greatest illustrations! I only wish any of my "grands" were young enough to read this to! I'll be looking forward (like a kid!) to the next installment! Kudos!

I love it. It's has just the rhythm that appeals to a child reading this, at least, to this big ole kid. How clever to use the Cube16, and the pictures match so well. Here's hoping they find a way to help get that tooth out.

What a beautiful children's poem and I like your use of Cube 16 format. I have written one myself before and enjoyed it. Your rhyming and syllable counts are correct. I even checked meter and they look good, too.
