Well this very haunting poem certainly fits all the above criteria, it has a great rhyme and rhythm and a wonderful flow to it, I always remember my so called friends talking about the bogey man.Great poem!

This poem is very well done using dramatic descriptive wording to keep the reader's attention.

I would love to give you a six. This poem scared the CRAP out of me. Both as someone who used to think the bogey man was right outside my window. And as a parent as I think of the torment they will go through when they discover their children's beds empty. This was just dark enough to scare and yet there was no gore or violence, just the suggestion. Sometimes that is enough. Great job. I would say good luck, but I don't think you will have any problem.

I would love to give you a six. This poem scared the CRAP out of me. Both as someone who used to think the bogey man was right outside my window. This was just dark enough to scare and yet there was no gore or violence, just the suggestion. Sometimes that is enough. Great job. I would say good luck, but I don't think you will have any problem.
