Hi, Mermaids. A great 5-7-5 contest entry. Your syllable count is precise. There's lovely personification with the dragon heart singing to the lady of the sea. "Tales of love Entwine" is excellent. Love conquers all, even in the sea. Interesting artwork. Good luck! judi

Aloha mermaids, What a nice poem about seahorses, I love those little creatures that are truly amazing. The mermaid must have been tickled pink. Thank you for sharing. Aloha, Ginger Hawaiian Mermaid

Oh girl, this is so cute. You've shown us that the seahorse is an ideal character for your poem and that love flourishes beneath the sea.

Ay, how sweet is that. Seahorses do look like miniature dragons. I can picture his tiny tail entwined with the mermaids larger one. Good luck in the contest.

I loved the armless embrace you described. It was a romantic poem that begged to be made into a longer poem. So, get started. It was truly a lovely poem.

Of course the pentasyllabics are much better than the hepta-one. I mean more musical.
Tails of love entwine is a beautiful line, and the altogether structure is very good.
Beautiful and disturbing picture.
Shall love to read more from you.
