Hi Debi, I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Katherine's sister.
Living in the back country can be beautiful, but it also has its challenges.
Of special note:
The forms say don't resuscitate
(Those DNA's can be a blessing and a curse. Just sharing a thought ... how many people during covid died because they had set up these DNA's which were really meant for their old age.)

Debi dear, thank you for letting us know about Katherine's sister. This is such heartbreaking news. We all love our sisters and brothers and the loss of each one is keenly felt.
Katherine, please accept my condolences in the loss of your sister, my friend. I have only one sister and she is my closest sibling. Four of our five brothers are gone now.
Sending prayers up now and asking the Lord to send you and your family comfort and peace.
Love across the miles to you both.

My pleasure! Yes, she has pm'ed me a few times and she has thanked and thanked me personally. I saw she posted something humorous so I think your book really helped her to know how love she is and circled support and prayers around her. It's what we love to do. Thanks again for leading this. I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. I can't imagine losing any sibling, let alone my sister. The bond for sisters (if you are lucky) is such a special one. You grow up fighting tooth and nail but in the end you have her back over all others when it comes right down to it. And you grow into being best friends. My your memories bring a smile when you think of her even if a few tears sneak in along the way. blessings.

So sorry to hear of this tragic loss and so sorry she was alone.
I have a friend whose twin sister has severe heart issues and the probability of a heart attack are always on her family's mind.
Thank you Debi for sharing. I will keep Katherine and her family in my prayers.
