Hi I certainly will take the advice. There is always something beautiful in someone. We need to bring it out. Straightforward and clear, the write tell what it was intended to.
God bless

The message is that we should not squander our skillful talent. We should use our innate talent and write. So, resume, you must with pen and ink.
But, tune to your inner voice, don't overthink. Thanks for sharing, Kit

Happy day back to you! Jim

This poem paints a picture of a writer working. I think it describes the art of writing perfectly. We paint a picture, then we mold it into a story, and finally we chip away at it until all the story is finished. Thank you for sharing and stay safe.

Metaphorically speaking this writing is uniquely well done though I did not overly favor lines1 + 2 and 13 + 14 which read, for me, disjointedly. "then bethink??? The larger problems are 2 and 14. Lines one and 13 flow but their mates... I don't know.

This is well written
I like the flow and the rhythm. It is very easy to read and enjoy. I appreciate the discussion of the writing style involved as well. I may suggest a larger font use to ease reading but other than that this is wonderful. Nicely done

There is a wise message here for those who love words and seek to create art using language instead of canvas or stone. It's is good to consider the desired outcome before beginning. But those who must write... simply must. Great poem, expressive and original. I enjoyed it.

I liked this a lot. It rhymed, made sense, and told of the process we go through to put pen to paper. It should have been a contest entry. Very nice job.
